1). Use RUPAY debit card or net bankng option to avoid more service charges.

2). If amount is debited from account and if you didnt get any sucess receipt,please visit payment history in student login to know the status after 15 mins.

3). If amount is debited and if you didn't get any Success receipt. Kindly raise an eMail to support@isky.in (With in 4 hours) mentioning your Reg id ,Transaction date and Amount. Don't try further untill you receive reply from support@isky.in

4). Once amount is settled to the institution. It will not be refunded via chargeback mode at any cost. You need to contact institution directly for refund process either via DD or Cheque.

5). Once payment is settled to the institution Bank or payment gateway is not responsible for refund.

6). Since you are paying only for institution where you are studying.
